Extended Credit Promotion Terms and Conditions 

1. Promotion Period 
The Extended Credit Promotion is valid from Monday, 2nd December 2024, to Sunday, 8th December 2024. Orders placed during this period will qualify for the Extended Credit terms. 

2. Payment Terms 
Qualifying invoices under this promotion will be due for payment between Monday, 13th January, and Sunday, 19th January 2025, depending on the order date. For example, an order placed on Wednesday, 5th December 2024, will have a payment due date of Wednesday, 15th January 2025. 

3. Eligibility 

• The Extended Credit Promotion is available to all current and new customers who meet Vital Pet Group’s standard terms and conditions of business, including credit approval where applicable. 

• Customers operating on a proforma basis are excluded from this promotion. 

4. Product Availability 

• All products listed are subject to stock availability, and Vital Pet Group does not guarantee that any product will remain available throughout the promotional period. 
• Product pricing may be affected by government subsidies, duty charges, VAT, or manufacturer price changes, and these factors will be reflected on qualifying invoices.
• 5.Exclusions 

• This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or special pricing arrangements unless explicitly stated by Vital Pet Group. 

• The promotion does not apply to orders where invoices are disputed, overdue, or subject to prior terms renegotiation. 

 6. Returns and Adjustments 

• Any returns, exchanges, or adjustments related to qualifying orders will be processed in accordance with Vital Pet Group’s returns policy. 

• Returns may affect eligibility for the promotion if they result in the original order no longer meeting the required criteria. 

7. Right to Amend or Withdraw 
Vital Pet Group reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate the Extended Credit Promotion at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion. 

 8. Customer Obligations 
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their orders, payment details, and compliance with all applicable terms during the promotional period. 

9. Limitations of Liability 

• Vital Pet Group accepts no liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of this promotion, including but not limited to lost profits, delays, or interruptions. 

• Participation in this promotion does not constitute a guarantee of credit approval or extended payment terms beyond the scope of this promotion. 

10. Governing Law 
These terms and conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of this jurisdiction. 

11. Errors and Omissions 
Vital Pet Group reserves the right to correct any typographical or clerical errors in any promotional materials, including these terms and conditions, without prior notice.
