*Spend & Save Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion Periods
    • The initial promotion period runs from Monday, 9th December 2024, to Sunday, 15th December 2024. Customers who reach the qualifying spend level during this period will be eligible for the Spend & Save benefits.
    • The redemption period for Spend & Save benefits runs from Monday, 16th December 2024, to Sunday, 22nd December 2024.
  2. Eligibility
    • Customers must meet the qualifying spend threshold exclusive of VAT and after all other promotions, discounts, or adjustments have been applied.
    • Delivery charges do not count toward the qualifying spend amount.
    • The Spend & Save promotion applies only to the first order placed by a customer during the initial promotion period.
  3. Application of Benefits
    • Customers who qualify during the initial promotion period will receive Spend & Save benefits at the corresponding spend level, which can be redeemed on orders placed during the redemption period.
    • The same terms and conditions apply to the redemption of benefits during the second period as those during the initial promotion period.
  4. Exclusions
    • The promotion does not apply to proforma customers, unless explicitly approved by Vital Pet Group.
    • Spend & Save benefits cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or special pricing arrangements unless explicitly stated.
  5. Product Availability and Pricing
    • All products are subject to stock availability, and Vital Pet Group does not guarantee that any specific product will remain available during either promotion period.
    • Product pricing may be affected by government subsidies, duty charges, VAT, or manufacturer price changes at the time of order, and these will be reflected on invoices.
  6. Returns and Adjustments
    • Returns, order cancellations, or adjustments to orders that impact the qualifying spend may result in the revocation of Spend & Save eligibility.
    • Any such changes after benefits are redeemed may require the customer to repay the promotional discount or benefits.
  7. Right to Amend or Withdraw
    • Vital Pet Group reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate the Spend & Save promotion at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
    • The decision of Vital Pet Group regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and binding.
  8. Customer Obligations
    • Customers are responsible for ensuring their orders meet the qualifying spend criteria during the initial promotion period.
    • Misuse or manipulation of the promotion terms may result in disqualification from the promotion.
  9. Limitations of Liability
    • Vital Pet Group accepts no liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from participation in this promotion, including but not limited to loss of profit, delays, or unavailability of products.
    • Spend & Save eligibility does not guarantee availability of specific products during the redemption period.
  10. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England,Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of this jurisdiction.
  11. Errors and Omissions
    Vital Pet Group reserves the right to correct any typographical, clerical, or calculation errors in promotional materials or invoices without prior notice.
  12. All products listed are subject to availability, government subsidy, duty charges and VAT as applicable and manufacturers price increases. Errors and omissions excepted.
